Will the REAL Obama please stand up

Some are calling it an overreaction by the public, Republicans, and the Media.  Some are calling it a different delivery of what he has been saying all along.  What he SAID was after his visit to Iraq, he may "refine" his timetable on withdrawing the troups.  It's just one of those statments that make you think..."Hmmmm.

Actually, I have not firmly decided for whom I will vote.  I am a registered voter, but I never vote stickly on the party.  I vote for the candidate which I feel would best lead this Country. This statement, innocent or not has ramifications.  His insistance on withdrawing troups within 16 months was one of the things that separated him from Hillary Clinton, and a major reason he won delegate votes.  I'll bet there are those who wish they could go back and vote for Hillary.

One thing that concerns me about Obama, is that he is always "blaming" someone else.  Read the last few negative articles in the paper or online about Mr. Obama.  They normally start "Obama places the blame on..."

Mr. Obama, the blame lies with you.  You are running for U.S. president so naturally everything you say is going to be analyzed, re-analyzed, and probably re-re-analyzed.  Our country is in a time when we need excellent leadership.  We need someone who knows what they are doing, and also knows what they are saying!  Truth be known, I never agreed with Obama's 16 month plan.  We made that mess over there, and we can't just leave without fixing it, or at least trying to.  However, I still considered Obama to be a good candidate.

So, what is Mr. Obama thinking?  Are his words just political propaganda?  What about his actions?  We are finding out his affiliations with certain groups are perhaps not the best.  Saying you think the Government should work with faith based community involvement--GREAT!  But wait...what church did you go to?  Wasn't there that crazy minister (or at least that is the glimpse WE got of him) running it?

I'm not writing as someone who is against Mr. Obama.  I am truly concerned and confused by his actions and statements of late.  I'm sort of wishing we had Hillary back now, and before this campaign, I never liked her!  She brought out some good points and managed to enlighten me during her campaign though.

This is not a game, it is not a contest between Democrat and Republican.  It is a matter of WHO will lead this country into the next stage of what will become History?  I would suggest we all take a step back and reconfirm just what it is we need in a president before we go to the Polls in November.

I think your points about Obama are well-founded, but indeed, let's not overreact here. Hillary Clinton as president would have likely been an unmitigated disaster for this country. You think Obama is not what he appears? Oh my, you need to do some research on the Clintons. Vince Foster, Waco, Oklahoma City, their Zionist influences, and so on. But hopefully that's all water under the bridge now ... that is, unless Obama is dumb enough to put her on the ticket.

Oh, I agree. As I mentioned, I was not advocating for ANY candidate. Just between us...I think Obama will pick either Bill OR Hill, but that is speculation. Thanks for the comment
